Competitive teams of two may be all male, all female, or co-ed.  If you are interested in participating in the run as a member of a two member competitive team, please register following the instructions for competitive teams. Register Online.

Join a Team
In order to be on a team you must first register for the run. If you are not registered you may join your team at the same time you register. If you have already registered and would now wish to join a team, click Join A Team.
