2008 Valentine Run

Step 1: Creating Your Fundraising Page
To create your fundraising page online you must be a registered participant of Valentine Run 2008. If you have not registered yet, register today!

If you already have a fundraising page, go ahead and Login , otherwise Create One!

Step 2: Collecting Pledges

ONLINE
Tell your friends, family members & co-workers to make their pledge online by clicking the image of "Zippie" the dog (Donate Here) on any web site page and select Pledge To A Runner .

OFFLINE
We recommend you use the Pledge Information Packet provided to collect and submit your offline pledges. The Pledge Form can be distributed to your pledgers or they can go online to "Zippie" the dog (Donate Here) to obtain the forms for submission with their pledge. Remember, it is not necessary to include online pledges on the Pledge Tracking Sheet that you are collecting.

Step 3: Tracking and Submitting Pledges
You can easily keep track of the funds you have raised and how far you are from your fundraising goal. See how you are doing! See who the Top 10 Fundraisers are. The standings are updated automatically whenever online pledges are made and offline pledges are posted, so check back often to see who's in the lead.

We have set our pledge submission deadline date of March 1, 2008 in order to insure that each fundraiser receives proper credit for the pledges that they have collected. You do not need to wait until this deadline to submit your pledge sheets. You can mail additional pledge sheets at any time until this deadline. Mail to:CRRM/LSNC, P.O. Box 19027, Sacramento, CA 95819 or drop off on Race Day.

Please DO NOT STAPLE CHECKS or CASH to the Pledge Forms submitted
DO NOT mail cash.
Remember to include your name, team number & bib number on all submissions in the check memo section.

Remember, it is not necessary to include online pledges on the pledge tracking sheet that you are submitting.
